If you have a PayPal account already the option to use a different credit card may not show. It may only show the account sign in page. That's because there a Cookie installed on your system (a harmless file all websites add to the background of your machine to track usage). If using Firefox go to Tools-->Options-->Privacy and clear your Cache. Then turn off the Cookies acceptance. Click OK. Refresh your browser and then click on the PayPal button above. If you're using MS Internet Explorer you're on your own figuring it out....I haven't use IE in years but I imagine the steps are very similar.
